Suggest Treatment For Joints Pain, Tremors And Fatigue

2 months ago I had a positive (?) ANA 1:80, speckled pattern. I have been having a lot of joint pain, cognitive changes, tremors and fatigue. Above studies were done at neurology. MRI neck and head were negative, except no curvature of the spine. Seen by rheumatology last week. Bilateral knee x-ray positive for Severe DJD, hands with minimal arthritic changes, hips and pelvis normal. I had blood work as well (a lot of it). The only thing that appeared significant is CCP high at 163 (0-19 normal range). Does this appear more like RA or lupus. I also have the dry eyes, dry mouth and vaginal dryness associated with Sjogrens

Hi,

Thus is more likely RA. In fact, anti-CCP is very specific for RA and once this is positive it very much means of having RA.

This is further evident from the sever joint involvement . Also, Sjogren has an association with RA. So I understand this looks more like RA then SLE.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
