Suggest Treatment For Joints Pain And Fatigue

I don't know if this is related to what I am having now, but this summer I was having a lot of joint pain....wrist, fingers, knees and ankle. I started taking fish oil and those symptoms have resolved.
In August I noticed I would feel feverish in the afternoon (my skin was tender) and fatigue. I have noticed a pattern of feeling this way, although it does seem to come and go. Otherwise, I have been very healthy...no illness and whenever I have checked my temp it has been normal 97.8-98.2
I had a physical last week and mentioned it to the Dr, but I told her I had been feeling better. She ordered lab tests just in case it came back and sure enough in a few days it did.
Lymes - negative
esr- 26
Crp- 16
Ana- negative
Rheum- negative
Tsh- 0.97
I have a strong family history of thyroid disease. The only response from the Dr. was that she would give me a referral to a rheumatologist if I wanted. Thoughts?
