Suggest Treatment For Joint Pain And Muscular Pain

i am 39 and have suffered with joint and muscular pain for over a year now. i have pain in knees, hips calves, heals, my spine, neck and right shoulder. which i scratch all the time. The back of my knees swell up and i struggle to walk and stand for long periods. im so exhausted all the time and in pain all the time. i have osteoporosis but they dont no why . please can you advise thank you leanne smith.

I have gone through your query. Your joint and muscular pain can be due to low vitamin D and calcium in blood. Vit d level and calcium of blood should be checked.If it is low calcium and vitamin D3 supplements should be taken. You should also get a regular exercise and have a balanced diet rich in calcium. You should also get some sunlight exposure every day for normal production of vitamin d3. Hope this may help you.
