Suggest Treatment For Itchy Vagina With White Discharge

hi Dr ,I have an itchy vigina,it on the sides,and there is white creamy discharge which later turns into a brownish creamy discharge, and it causes my vigina to be so dry on the exterior, and this discharge also turns to be dry also,and its very very itchy.what may be causing that?

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to vaginal infection like fungus infection.
I would suggest to consul the gynecologist and undergo vaginal swab test and vaginal swab test to confirm the cause of infection.
Doctor will give following advises:
Single dose of fluconazole + azithromycin + tinidazole
Vaginal suppository of clotrimazole and lactobacillus
Application of vagisil cream
Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar
Wear pure cotton loose inner and and maintain proper pelvic hygiene
Drink plenty of water, take healthy diet
