Suggest Treatment For Itchy Vagina And Painful Urination

Hi, I have had this severe, intense vaginal itching for almost a year, and now it is getting steadily worse and is also spreading to my anus. I haven t been able to afford to go to the dr, so I have been using otc creams like vagisil but it doesn t even phase it. I also tried the monistat but the same results. No fever or flu-like symptoms or anything else except painful urination, but that is only because of my scratching incessently. What can I do?

Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.
Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for Antifungal agents like Fluconazole, antihistamines like Cetrizine and ointment containing antibacterial and antifungal and mild steroid agents for local application, and deworming agent like Albendazole.

Use of Lactic acid containing vaginal wash during bath time is advisable.
Keep private parts clean and dry.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
