I have an itchy spot on my areola left breast , and researching it I seen Pagets disease, what type of dr. should I see to have this diagnosed. what other diagnoses could it be its been there nearly 2 years on and off more on recently, and I thought it was just dry skin or excema....but seems a possiblilty of something more serious
Hello, the common differentials are nipple eczema, paget's is a more serious differential. Eczemas have a tendency to resolve and reappear, not paget's. I would adv you to consult a dermatologist for the evaluation. Both are treatable. Thanks Take care
