Suggest Treatment For Itchy Skin Disease On Foot

hi , my mother with age 56 is suffering from some strange skin disease, her skin on the foot has become red and black and she is getting a lot of itching sensation, which makes her to scratch it and that is causing a problem is there any proper solution for it
