General & Family Physician, Dr. Maninder's Response
Hi,
As per the symptoms described by you, there could be a lot of possibilities for the rash.
Although it will be clear with proper physical examination of the area only, but from the point that it got flared with psoriatic cream, it might be infection.
Because psoriatic creams are steroidal and can flare the infection.
I would suggest you go to the physician so that proper examination might be done and treatment could be initiated at an early stage.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Maninder, General & Family Physician
