Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes On Inner Thigh And Scrotum

I m suffering from a rash on my inner thigh and on scroutum..it is very itchy sometimes....i am washing it daily with dettol soap but it just wont away...its been a month....right now i m far away from home and cant consult any dermatalogist.....please help...

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having yeast infection giving rise itchy rash.
Apply anti-fungal cream or triple action cream.
Take Benadrylor cetrizine medicine for itching.
Keep local hygiene clean, dry and airy.
Ok and take care.
