Hello, Thank you for asking at HCM. I carefully read your question and undertand your concern. The first thing that comes to my mind with the signs you give is eczema. It may get chronic and come back on and off. What could help is use first a m oisturizing cream. If no help in a few days than a combination of a steroid cream with an antifungal cream, thin layer applied twice a day locally would be a good option. Make sure to avoid detergents locally. If no improvement in a few days you will need to see a doctor for further evaluation and treatment. Rarely bowel problems like crohn disease can cause lesions in anal area and the basic disease needs to be treated. Hope this is helpful to you and answers to your question.
