Kindly take the medications as advised. Along with it is essential for both of you to maintain good genital hygiene. This can be done by washing the parts with mild antiseptic solution like Povidine-iodine twice daily. You have been advised to get blood glucose levels checked to rule out diabetes, as contacting such type of infections are common in people with high blood glucose levels.
