Suggest Treatment For Itchy Dark Patches On Inner Thighs

Hello Doctor. I am having black patchs on my inner thighs near the groin. It started a month ago. Initially It was small and itchy. Some patches were large , some were small. The borders are white , dry and they started to spread what is it do I have and what is a treatment for it?

Thanks for posting your query.

Going through your description it seems like you are having Fungal Infection of the skin. But to be sure I need to see it . I would advise you to upload the picture of the dark patches.

In case you can't upload the picture you can start Anti fungal cream ( get prescription from your doctor ) and use it for 3 weeks . Also make sure that your inner thigh region is kept dry most of the time.
