Suggest Treatment For Itchy, Bumpy Rashes On The Body Of A Child

My granddaughter is 8 yrs old. Ever since she was a baby she has a rash that comes up on different parts of her body. But there are also little bumps that kinda look like pimples that she says itches, but hurt if she scratches them. I have put antibiotic cream on them which seems to help some. but I'm afraid it will stop working. She gets them on her side , and buttocks and her legs. What could it be.?

Please check to see if she is allergic to any of her personal care products like soap, shampoo, body lotion, powder, wipes, etc. Change the brand and see. Once a week give her a massage with some baby oil mixed with neem oil and little turmeric. This will help her.
