Hi, I ve had a skin condition on both my hands and feet since I could remember as a kid. I m now 20, and this condition has not seemed to go away. It usually resides between my toes, and on the soles of my palms, in addition to in between my fingers as well. It is a lot worse on my feet than on my hands. It usually begins with small bumps, which are extremely itchy. I try my best no to scratch them, but hydrocortisone does not seem to subdue the desire to itch them. After scratching them, clear liquid discharge usually appear. The discharge is relatively watery, but will begin to turn stickier if not cleaned up. Eventually, it dries out, and in a day or two, the area will be extremely dry. The pain is minimal, and it no longer itches. However, after encounters with humid environments, this process usually repeats itself all over again. Fungal creams have not helped with this condition.
