My daughters helix of her left ear has been slightly swollen for nearly 1 week and is red, hot to touch and itchy? While drying her hair tonight I noticed it has begun to look white almost like a blister but without any fluid. What could it be and what should I do?

Hi,
It seems that there might be having something insect bite producing local allergic reaction giving swelling and itching.
Give her antihistaimne like Cetrizine or Benadryl for 2-3 days.
Apply calamine lotion or triple action cream locally.
Ok and take care.
