hi, first I have a four small tiny itchy bite on my legs, then I start to scratch it, it turns into a small blister and into wound, now its getting a bit bigger and still itchy.. im not comfortable anymore. on the second week I try to visit my doctor but he give me flamciclovir 500mg tablet but I want to get rid of the wound. I shouldn t scratch it because I remember last summer some small spot on my legs appear and ignore and just disappear. My queations is can I get over the counter antibiotic cream and do you have recommended name of it? Please ca you help? thanks. dutchie
Hi, Let me tell you that the symptoms described by you suggest that you have Dyshidrotic Eczema. You can better send me a photo of the blister on reports in order to better evaluate it. I suggest medications include corticosteroid cream or ointment and various anti-itch creams that you apply directly to your skin. I also suggest draining large blistersand dressing with betadine solution.
