Suggest Treatment For Itching Sensation In The Vagina Despite Taking Estrace
I am 74 years old, I have quite intense vaginal itching, occasional urinary urgency, occasional rawness, frequent labia swelling. I have tried over the counter meds for yeast to no avail. (Though no discharge or oder.) My Dr. has prescribed Dyflucan (sp?) 2 or three times, referred me to the gyn dept twice and now has prescribed estrace .1gram 2 to 3 times per week. With no results. i increased the dosage to every night for 4 nights - maybe a bit better but still very itchey.
