I am a 73 year old woman with type 2 diabetes. I have been experiencing constant itching and subsequent soreness in the vaginal area for some time now. When I use the Betnovate cream prescribed by my doctor it certainly eases the symptoms but, I am loath to use this on a regular basis. However, if I neglect to use the Betnovate, my vaginal area becomes itchy, very dry and sore to the point of bleeding when I wipe that area. Thes condition is now affecting my quality of life. Can you please help me?
