Hello I have been having vaginal itching that keeps recurring On the outer part of my vagina And it looks white kinda of scaly like dandruff like Jus on the outer part I have got to doctors but it keeps coming bac And I sometimes have anal itching as well jus on the outside and it looks white

Hello,

I can understand your concern. From the symptoms you are describing, it seems that you are suffering from recurrent cadidal infection.

You should take Fluconazole 150 mg (Fole) once a day for 5 days. Apply Betnovate-C cream (Betamethasone Valerate + Clioquinol) to the area 2-3 times a day.

To prevent recurrence, do not sit too long in hot tubs or bubble baths. Restrict your use of scented soaps, deodrants and perfumes in the area. Always wipe the area from front to back and not back to front. Wear cotton underpants. Drink lots of fluids.

If it does not go away in five days, you might have to go for vaginal swab analysis.
