Suggest Treatment For Itchiness In The Rectal Area

Hello, Dr. Rynne. I am experiencing itching in the area above my rectal opening. I find blood on my fingers in the morning because I am probably scratching it. I tried applying powder after showering and even an antifungal cream but nothing seems to help. I shower every day and I make it a point to dry the area thoroughly. What can I do? Thank you!
