Suggest Treatment For Irritation Around Anus

Hello Doctor I always get irritation around my butt hole.. sometimes under and above. and also a small lump near my butt comes out and swells as a pimple, when pressed leaks on some liquid and adjusts with the skin. and these these irritation has grown and skin becomes quickly dry on anal hole. PLease help me with this !!??

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having fistula in ano giving this problem.
There might be having sinus formation giving rise to pimple formation and draining exudate material while pressing.
There is another possibility of having some local skin infection due to lack of poor hygiene due to its position and having more perspiration on that part.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Meanwhile apply antibiotic cream after proper cleaning.
Avoid constipation.
Ok and take care.
