Suggest Treatment For Irritating And Painful Throat In A Child With Down Syndrome

Hi - My daughter has been clearing her throat often and complaining that her throat hurts on and off and then feels sick to her stomach where she no longer wants to eat some of her favorite foods. It s been difficult to figure out whats going on - we have been to her doctor who said her throat is slightly red, no strep but had a few pittae on one side - it s been difficult also since my daughter, has Down Syndrome and has been trying to not go to the doctor! Please help!

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to allergic condition and may be associated hyperacidity, in these condition the best option would be "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day and Tab Loratadine once in day" try this everything would be fine soon, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care.
