- stress avoidance
- sound regular sleep
- regular exercises
- avoidance of smoking, alcohol if consuming
- indoor treatment in case of an acute flare-up
- OPD medications to keep under asymptomatic phase
- probiotic support with diet
- surgery in refractory cases.
