Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

Hi...i have irregular periods since the time it started...when I was in India I took medicine called m2 tone, femiplex and evecare....at that time it was fine....im in US as of now...and taking evecare but can t find any result....its been almost four months that I got my periods...but in February 2016 it came that wasn t normal...it was kind a spots.....and I do cycling, so is it also a reason for delayed periods????? Please help and can I also take retone cap??

I really appreciate your concern, if the condition not being investigated then better to get these done and this includes ultrasonography and routine blood test, you have not mentioned your age because such irregular menses is common in teen age without any disease and it will be fine soon or will become regular hope this information helps.
