Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periodic Cycle

I am 19 years old. My cycle has always been very erratic (though never shorter than 32 days). I normally bleeding for at least 8 days. My last cycle was 68 days (approximately 34 days late, but then, on December 13, I started bleeding lightly (which is unusual) then heavier and then light and heavy again, etc...but I am still bleeding. There is no pain or clots or any other symptoms. What s going on? Do I NEED to see a doctor? Or should I keep waiting? Please help!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with irregular vaginal bleeding after your normal menstrual period from light to heavy flow I will suggest one of the following medical conditions

Uterine fibroid
Endometriosis
Adenomyosis
Hormone inbalance
Coagulopathy

In view of this please do the following test
Pelvic scan
Hormone profile test
Coagulation profile test

Meanwhile please see a gynecologist specialist with the results for further clinical assessment and adequate adequate drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
