It is several weeks that you are having the problems of constipation relieved only by a laxative, nausea, vomiting, backache and so on. All these symptoms you have mentioned indicate that there may be a constitutional problem like Typhoid or so. Hence I would advise you the following: Consult your Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations as follows: Tests of blood for CBC, Widal, liver, kidney and thyroid functions. Ultrasonography of abdomen. Tests of stool and urine. Other tests as may be needed and advised. All these will give a probable diagnosis and gives a plan of management. A course of antibiotic may be needed along with continuation of a laxative, symptomatic and supportive treatment. If this does not give you complete relief then you may need further evaluation, examination and investigations.
