Suggest Treatment For Irregular Mensturation
My problem is my menstration is irregular somtimes it almost 1year not getting menstration..and a fast few months i m delayed so i decided to go the OB and consult if i am pregnant and the Dr.said i need to ultra sound..and the ultra results.. TRANSVAGINAL ULTRASOUND: The uterus retroverted appears small with homogenous myometrial echopattern.The corpus measures 2.7×2.3cm. while the cervix measures 1.1×1.3cm. The endometrial stripe is thin measuring 0.1cm. No evident mass or sign of intrauterine pregnancy noted. Both ovaries are not well visualized due to obscuring bowel contents and gas artifacts.Negative for adnexal mass or cul-de-sac fluid. IMPRESSION: AN INFANTILE UTERUS IS PRESENTLY ENTERTAINED.THIN ENDOMETRUM NORMAL ADNEXAE AND CUL-DE-SAC.. Thank you i need to know waht is my condition..
