Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

Hi I have been having irregular menstruation, a times just a little or not at all and I really need help. Presently am inserting garlic clove in my vagina, please does the garlic have any role here to regulate my periods or is there something else I should do cos I am worried. Thanks

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation first. Do a thyroid profile and prolactin levels and a ultrasound for your uterus and ovaries. You may need some hormonal treatment for your periods. Hope I have answered your question.
