Suggest Treatment For Iron Deficiency In A Child
I have a 7 years old boys who was diagnosed with Helicobacter Pylori . He receveid tratament for HP adn two months after treatment, the analysis found that HP does not have, instead is a latent iron deficiency, hemoglobin is normal. What should i give for iron deficiency?
