Suggest Treatment For Internal Hemorrhoid

Hello, I recently strained myself pretty bad during a bowl movement after surgery and a week later noticed what I think is an internal hemmoroid. Since it's appearance, I have also had the need to urinate frequently as in every hour or so during the day. Any suggestions?
