He is now having internment tremors inadvertly for short periods of time, no pain associated with them, he says it feels like more of a massage chair

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You can give him husk (Isabgool) also instead of Miralax. Anti-gas medication may be needed.

Foods rich fibre should be given. Whether he feels or not, ask him to go to the bathroom in the morning.

Regular bowel habit has to be restored by:

1. Diets: avoid those are problematic for him
2. Antacids if heartburn
3. Anti-gas medication like Simethicone may be needed
4. Tricaine is also good
5. Isabgool should be taken regularly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
