Suggest Treatment For Intense Stabbing Pain In Head And Testicular Pain

There is a stabbing pain that is so intense in the head of my penis that I have to stop thrusting during orgasm. I had testicular cancer with my left testicle removed 10 years ago. This pain just started about a month ago and leaves me not wanting to have sex at all the pain is so intense.

Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that few people have pain while having sex which is normal and after training well this goes away. But considering your cancer history it’s recommended for you to consult an oncologist personally for proper evaluation and treatment.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
Dr Bhanu Partap
