Hi! I m an ex soccer player. A couple of years ago I was an exchange student in US. Due to my soccer background I got to be the kicker for the high school football team. I practised kicking a lot, but one day when I had a long kicking session with the team, I started to feel pain in my inner thigh. I reckoned I needed to rest for a couple of days to make the pain go away, even did some stretching. The pain went away but when I started kicking again the pain came back at an instant. After that, even years after, I still can t kick anything with full power. This lead to me quitting soccer. Nowdays I just play on occasion but the pain always comes back, altough it is only momentarily. I kick it hurts, 10 seconds later I m fine. I kick again, same thing. What is wrong with me and how do I fix it?
