Suggest Treatment For Inflammation On The Penis Shaft

i have a slight inflammation on the side of the shaft of my penis and it has been there for a couple of days and honestly don t know what it is, any advice as to what it could be ? I am currently sexually active and normally use condoms but am worried about the STD factor of things ?

Since it is very difficult to diagnose this type of inflammation as you mentioned in your query.
This type of infection ( inflammation ) may be fungal or viral or bacterial due to sex or without sex.
This will be the best thing for you , consult a physician ( DERMATOLOGIST )and get his advise .
