Suggest Treatment For Inflammation And Pain In Knees

a week and a half ago I was diagnosed with inflammation of the knee.I initially iced, rested and elevated it,and was given a compression bandage to wear,as well as being on anti inflammatory drugs. My knee has virtually gone down to normal now,but there is still pain from time to time, and it feels heavy when walking upstairs. What can I do now to help it to fully recover?

Hi,

Its full recovery will take a long time. Keep on resting as long as you can and continue on your medication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
