Suggest Treatment For Inflammation And Itching In The Vagina

Ok I recently went to the er for itching and inflammation of the vaginally area with a discharge of no smell ive been having for a long time they diagnosed me with severe uti and also treated me for stds just to be safe I guess but now after taking cipro I have a thick creamy white discharge with a medicine but faint smell why is that?!

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be a vaginal infection (fungal, chlamydia).
I would suggests to undergo vaginal examination, urine report and vaginal swab test to confirm the infection
Gynecologist will give following advises:
Take single dose treatment of the azithromycin + secnidazole + tinidazole
Vaginal suppository of clingen and lactobacillus
Apply vagisil cream
Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar
Wear pure cotton loose inner
Keep the area clean and dry
Maintain proper pelvic hygiene after urination
Take health diet with vitamin and anti-oxidant supplements
Drink plenty of water
