General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The ovarian fibroid is not a common entity and I would like to confirm with ultrasound plates whether it is same or uterine fibroid in the report. If it is uterine fibroid, small fibroids would not pause issue with fertility, but if large, multiple can be cause of infertility in majority of the instances.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
