Suggest Treatment For Infection In The Testicles

Sir/Mam, Good morning. I was facing hydrocill since 6 to 7 years and i get treatment of my doctor by surgery at 27th Jan 2015, during my surgery of haydrocill my Dr said that there are some (infection) in my right testis and it not be more small size . After pass 6-7 months i feel that my right side testis not in original sized.Pl provide me that can it possible to decrease it into normal sized and if not is it be any harmfull to my married life.

I really appreciate your concern, let me tell you that size of the testis is not the concern because this may not be the same, some time one can see the little variation but this is normal one, important is infection if this is infected then this need to be treated accordingly, because of the infection swelling may takes place and this could cause the big size of testes, hope this information is helps, (Rule out the possibility of infection, blood test is necessary, with clinical examination of testes ), have a nice day.
