Suggest Treatment For Infected Open Sores On Thighs
I have had an open sore on my left thigh for about 10 days now. Doesn t appear to be healing. Tried putting polysporin on it and nothing. It looks infected and is a bit smaller than the size of a dime. How can I treat this. Now when I went to shower tonight I noticed the same thing on my inner right thigh. Definitely not a big bite.

Consult a general practitioner and get evaluated. A short course of antibiotics has to be started for proper wound healing. You can also apply topical antibiotics like mupirocin or neosporine also.
Proper wound care has to be provided. Make sure that your blood sugar is well within the normal range because diabetes may delay wound healing.
