Can some one help me...i got a lump near my anus it bursted two days yesterday and it is releasing pus continuously what this could be i am in a remote area no physician is available here.. i can reach hospital only after 28 hours can you please tell me what is my problem? and what should i do
HI Well come to HCM Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern, keep the area clean apply some antiseptic agent on the wound, try to drain the pus just squeeze the area with gentle pressure, I would advise to start the antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drugs like Amoxicillin 500 mg three times in day and Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day, it is better to see the doctor for complete draining of pus, as soon as you get some relief try to see the doctor, for better management hope this information helps.
