Hi,

It seems to be IBS because the given symptoms are suggestive of it. IBS is a kind of functional disease.

If you want to come out of this then first try to control your feeling. No need to be over conscious if you do not pass the stool. No need to worry if you feel some unexplained pain, discomfort in abdomen, anxiety, and depression could also be the reason for that.

If I would be the doctor of this case, then I would try to treat this case with tablet Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in a day. Consult your physician for prescription.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtar Husain
