Hi,

Noted your short history of blow to the ear, reduced hearing, consultation with an ENT Specialist, needing of an audiogram.
It is the Audiography that will decide the cause of your symptoms of deafness.
If the cause is related to ear drum or fluid inside, this will improve fully after proper treatment for 3 weeks.
If there is disruption of the inner bones or trauma to the inner ear structures then it would take a long time and may be surgery.
Till then continue the treatment as advised.
Do not blow the nose.
Do not instill anything in ear.
Avoid loud noises, do not use this ear for cellphones.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
