Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of impacted ear wax which seems to be due to sinusitis and middle ear infection.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to

- Take ibuprofen and acetaminophen for pain.

- Put wax dissolving ear drops.

- Take proper course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory drugs.

- Avoid touching and pricking it with any sharp object.

You should consult ENT specialist once for proper diagnosis and to rule out causes like TMJ pain. Doctor may order MRI or CT scan to confirm the diagnosis.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well Soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
