Hi, I am 37 years old and I am suffering from Hypertension for the last 2 years but I didn’t take any pills and I have started to take pills last 6 months before which is concor 5mg and I am a occasional smoker per day 3 to 5 times and I tried a lot of time to quit smoking but I won’t succeed, whenever I try to quit I feel some problem on the head this is one case. Another one is that for the past few weeks I am having a too much head pain feel discomfort and dizziness and I feel something running in to my head and too much heat due to this reason I can’t able to sleep well therefore I can’t able to concentrate on anything and sometimes I feel my nerves had a breakdown and I can’t able to concentrate on my work. Kindly advice what to do and I am doing the Yoga and Breathing Exercise also but not continuously after I saw your advice I am planning to continue the same. Now I want to know how to avoid this kind of head pain which occurs during sleep.
