General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be alarmed about an increase in your blood pressure but it is not likely a direct cause of the symptoms that you are experiencing.

Hypertension is called the silent killer because there are usually no symptoms associated with it unless the blood pressure is very high.
Though your readings were initially high, these levels are still usually asymptomatic (no symptoms)

It is possible that the stress of having a high blood pressure readings may cause a headache.
The left arm pain may be due to damage or inflammation of the muscles, other soft tissue or bone.
A heart attack would normally be associated with chest pain, palpitations and shortness of breath

It would be best to see your doctor about the blood pressure readings, your medication may need to be adjusted.

I hope this helps
