Suggest Treatment For Hunger Pains,gas Formation And Blood In Stools

Extreme hunger pains, causing back ache and pains in lower ribs along diaphragm, painful & causes me to feel weak... Usually if I'm out and about or even at home doing housework & haven't eaten... Experiencing this since shortly after having my son in november 2009.
My grandfather dies on the 25th of november just gone and about a week after his death i've also experiencing the passing of little clots of blood & bloody mucus when going to the toilet... windiness, cramps

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the huger pain but it seems to be muscular pain it could be similar to fibromyalgia it is kind of functional kind of symptoms happening due to stress and anxiety, some time it may be associated with increased acid secretion in stomach, blood stain stool may be due to constipation but it has to be confirmed because diet could be the cause of red stool and it might not be the blood in actual hope this information helps.
