Suggest Treatment For H.pylori Infection And Abdominal Bloating

Hello I am a 22 year old mom and I was diagnosed with h pylori about a month ago. The first treatment did not work so they have me on new antibiotics and pepto tablets. This is making me very depressed and my doctor doesn t give me information that I want. I was told that I would be better after a few days on my new antibiotics but right now it s the same pain but worse. Just a little pain and burning sensation with gas and bloating, is this normal h pylori symptoms are am I dying?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

H pylori can cause severe reflux symptoms (bloating, pain, burning, nausea, reflux of food/drink).
Since you were diagnosed with this condition, this is the likely cause.

Depression is a serious condition that needs to be treated just like any physical illness.
It would be best to let your doctor know that you are feeling down so he or she can treat you.

Treatment would involve counselling and medication if needed.

I hope this helps
