Every Day for the last six months around 5:30pm my face flushes, my eyes blur, and the pressure in my head is becoming unbearable as it happens more and more. I lay on the couch for about half an hour and it eventually goes away. Sometimes it even puts me out for the night. I have been hypothyroid for years and the doctor keeps giving me bloodwork but no matter what i take this problem is not going away. Sometimes i get so bad i break out in a hive looking rash on my arms that go away with the flushing. This problem is making me dread my evenings and i am also an active 27 year old female. My diet consists of six portions of protein and carbs as well as non starchy vegetables and fruits with little breads and high starch foods. I am so frusterated and unsatisfied with the answers i have been given.
