ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It seems that you are suffering from laryngitis (inflammation of the voice box) due to prolonged speaking.

You may find relief by taking the following medications:
Analgesic with anti inflammatory, like Ibuprofen
Antacid, like Rantac

Also do steam inhalation
Voice rest is must
Drink lots of warm fluids

It is advisable to consult a speech therapist, who will teach you how to speak correctly without hurting the voice box.

Hope this helps.

Take care.
