Suggest Treatment For Hip Pain While On Aleve
Hi, a few days ago I woke up with pain in my left hip, down my left thigh and into the front of my left shin. I tried icing it...no real help. I tried heat...no real help. I tried stretching...quite painful. It took two Aleve yesterday to stop me from feeling the pain, but it was back after 12 hours. This morning I also have a large green bruise on the top of my left foot. I haven t been injured. I have only been walking around my house or sitting at my computer. I m in my mid-forties and have no health issues and am on no medication. Curious what I might have or best way to treat.

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could be due to the spinal disk disease and to rule out this, MRI is advisable, till then Tab Acetaminophen with Diclofenac can be tried, physiotherapy may helps a lot hope this information helps.
